Welcome to our FAQ page! Here you’ll find answers to common questions about The Family Bible Study Club and how your subscription works. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out through our 'Contact Us' page.
When will I receive access to my subscription? After you subscribe, it may take up to 72 hours to create your account. Once your account is set up, we’ll email you with instructions on how to access your items. Just follow the link in the email to verify your account and create your password for your chosen plan, then you will be able to view youe ideas on whatever platform you access them on!
How does billing work for my subscription? When you subscribe, your next payment will always be taken on a set day every month. The specific billing date will be outlined in your welcome email. For example, if you purchase your subscription on the 6th of October, the next payment will be taken between the 25th and 28th of October to prepare for the November materials.
When are new packs available? New packs are released on the 1st of each month for regular subscribers. You’ll receive an email with a link to the latest pack, where you can verify your email and password. Each pack contains new ideas, and if your plan includes them, downloadable worksheets and activities to enhance your family worship experience.
Can I change my plan? Yes, you can change your plan from month to month! Simply log in to your account and adjust your subscription as needed. Please note that any plan changes will take effect in the next billing cycle, so make sure to make any adjustments before your renewal date.
How do I cancel my subscription? To cancel, log in to your account and select the cancellation option. Once we receive your request, we’ll manually remove you from the members area within 24 hours. If you change your mind, feel free to contact us for assistance.
What is the refund policy? Since our resources are digital products, we do not offer refunds once you’ve accessed the membership area. Access to this area is tracked, and once accessed, it is considered as “goods delivered.”
Can I share the materials with others? No. Our materials are designed for the exclusive use of your immediate family (those in your household participating in family worship with you that week). Sharing the ideas, plans, or any worksheets with extended family, friends, or others is not permitted. Additionally, copying, replicating, or using any of the ideas or layouts for your own gain, including social media, is strictly prohibited. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
How will I know what content is included in my plan? The content available to you depends on your chosen plan:

- Plan A includes five monthly family worship ideas.
- Plan B includes five ideas plus one activity.
- Plan C provides access to all ideas and all activities for that month.
You’ll only be able to download the worksheets included in your current subscription. If you’d like access to additional content, you’re welcome to upgrade or change your plan each month.
How do I access the worksheets? If your plan includes worksheets, you’ll be able to download them directly within the membership area. Other ideas are view-only on your device, and you can use them directly from there.
What happens if my payment fails? If a payment fails, we’ll try your card up to 3-4 times before cancelling your plan. You can update your payment details in your account to prevent this from happening. If your subscription is cancelled, you’ll need to re-subscribe to regain access.
Will I receive updates or surveys? Yes! We occasionally send surveys via email to gather your feedback and suggestions. This helps us improve our packs to better serve families everywhere. Your input helps us create ideas that make family worship meaningful and enjoyable!
